Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity:

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The cancellation period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

Since we use a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately upon receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery, therefore a refund before receipt of the goods is not possible.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (support@mainhattenstore.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement. The withdrawal is effective when we have received the returned goods. The buyer bears the costs of return shipping.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR ITEMS IN TRANSIT
Since our goods are shipped from Asia, longer transit times may occur, which are beyond our control. Please wait until you have received the goods and then return them to us. Of course, you can also inform us of your cancellation beforehand.

To ensure the fastest possible processing of your return, please send us a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.

An early refund is possible if the goods arrive at our premises no earlier than 16 weeks after receipt of the order.

CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, less delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal and the returned goods. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
